Weekly Update
I am still here on the Beach for the next 11 days and hope to interview some new Associates to join up with our firm. Since I am myself leaving the Beach to head up our efforts in Lakeland I will be looking to hire a Broker Associate to head up our Pinellas & Central Pasco County market.
This will be need to be a very special person who is active in the local board and comfortable leading and mentoring other Realtors. This Broker Associate will still be engaged in his or her own sales at an increased commission structure from the Associates and will receive profit sharing at years end based on their market area's production. Duties will include assisting the Broker in recruitment efforts as needed.
Great opportunity for someone who is considering going out on their own and may be looking for a established platform from which to work.
