Weekly Update 01-22-2019

Hope everyone enjoyed the MLK Holiday. I normally put these out once a week on Monday's however due to the Holiday I am publishing on Tuesday this week. I can't believe we are 22 days into the Month of January already.  Here at AdvantageRealtyFL.com we are in full swing starting out the year full speed ahead. Both our market areas (Lakeland/Polk County & St. Pete Beach / Pinellas County) are going strong. We still need more Associates in both markets to handle the demand in those areas.

ST. PETE BEACH / PINELLAS COUNTY:
Need a Broker Associate to take charge of our efforts in that area. The right fit would be someone that is active in PRO/CPAR & active in the community as well. A great opportunity for an experienced Realtor who wants a leading roll with a great compensation program.
Also we need experienced Sales Associates to handle the robust sales opportunities that the area offers.

LAKELAND / POLK COUNTY
Need a Broker Associate or an experienced Realtor to assist me in building our presence in that market area. Someone who is active in LAR and the community as well. Again a great opportunity for the right person.
The Lakeland market is booming and we need several Sales Associates to handle the demand.

I am still here on the Beach for the next 11 days and hope to interview some new Associates to join up with our firm. Since I am myself leaving the Beach to head up our efforts in Lakeland I will be looking to hire a Broker Associate to head up our Pinellas & Central Pasco County market.
